Who We Are

Why We Exist

“You are where you are today because you stand on somebody’s shoulder and if you stand on the shoulder of others, you have a reciprocal responsibility to live your life so that others may stand on yours.” There most be a time to be grateful for all those shoulder that have supported your progress.

Base on the economic challenges of our country today, such as unemployment, people are struggle to survive and how can our leaders help them, do you think giving them money will solve this problem? Of cause no, but rather train people to be independent will reduce some of these challenges in our society.

You are where you are today because you stand on somebody’s shoulder. And if you stand on the shoulder of others, you have a reciprocal responsibility to live your life so that others may stand on yours.”

At Back On Track Charity Foundation, we believe in the power of community, gratitude, and shared responsibility. No one rises alone. Behind every successful person is a story of support, sacrifice, and encouragement from others.

We are deeply grateful for the shoulders that have carried us—and we are committed to becoming the shoulders others can stand on.

Set up for the people and the community, this organization is a leadership house intended for communal activities through research and development policies to foster better relationships among them.

Back On Track is a helpmeet suite for the times we are in because of its value – based vision in these age of technology as the foundation of international competitive advantage via our mentoring programs; process for recovery, capacity building and oriented lifestyle.

Time has also given us the fundamental perspectives of a non – traditional approach to the persistent issue of violence, value – degradations, abuse etc. in Nigeria and the African society.

Nigeria is facing severe economic challenges—unemployment, inflation, insecurity, and social instability. People are struggling just to survive. But the solution is not simply handing out money.

We believe true and lasting change comes from empowerment, not dependency.

Rather than temporary relief, we focus on training people to become self-reliant, skilled, and productive. By equipping individuals—especially youth, women, and the disadvantaged—with practical knowledge, vocational skills, and leadership values, we help reduce poverty and restore dignity across communities.

Our approach is simple but powerful: Teach. Equip. Empower. Transform.
